I made these 2 upcycled little girls skirts out of brand new jersey that was being discarded at my garment industry day job.They waste everything!They are elastic waist,20-21" unstretched, and 10-11" long. Depending on the girl,they should fit size 3-5 y/o.They are fully serged and looking for an eco-trooper little girl to wear them about.
